DOB Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with DOB regulations, permits, and safety protocols throughout all phases of the project.
• Identify and address any potential issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality among all team members on site.
