DOB Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines.
• Review and approve permits, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Manage on-site inspections and address any issues to ensure project adherence to standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and practices on-site.
