Our client is hiring for the building and construction industry in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with DOB regulations and standards on all construction projects.
  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to the Department of Buildings.
  • Address any issues or violations promptly and effectively.
  • Provide leadership and clear communication to on-site teams.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
