Job Description

  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) codes and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports and safety documentation.
  • Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
  • Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality on all job sites.
