This role can be based in any of their office locations.Job DescriptionMaintain and update the docketing system to ensure all deadlines are accurately recorded and tracked.Review and process incoming correspondence to identify relevant deadlines and actions.Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to provide timely updates on case statuses and deadlines.Generate and distribute reports to ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.Assist with electronic filing of legal documents in various courts and jurisdictions.Monitor changes in court rules and procedures, updating internal processes as necessary.Provide training and support to team members on the docketing system and related procedures.Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
