Known for quality workmanship, reliability, and strong client relationships, they continue to grow throughout the NYC construction market.Job DescriptionManage multiple drywall and interior construction projects simultaneously.Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and manpower requirements.Lead project buyout and subcontractor/vendor negotiations.Track project costs, forecast financial performance, and manage budgets.Prepare and negotiate change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure production goals are achieved.Conduct project meetings with clients, general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.Monitor jobsite progress and proactively resolve project challenges.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Manage project documentation, billing, and closeout activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
