Dry Wall Project Manager

• Manage multiple drywall and interior construction projects simultaneously.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and manpower requirements.
• Lead project buyout and subcontractor/vendor negotiations.
• Track project costs, forecast financial performance, and manage budgets.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Conduct project meetings with clients, general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor jobsite progress and proactively resolve project challenges.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage project documentation, billing, and closeout activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
