MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant10+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive project leadership responsibilities.Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or comparable leadership position.Strong background managing commercial construction projects, preferably within drywall, interiors, specialty contracting, or related scopes.Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing teams and client relationships.Experience with project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.Demonstrated business development skills and a history of generating repeat business and new opportunities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.OSHA certifications or safety-focused training are a plus.Ability to work from the Fredericksburg, VA office and travel to project sites throughout Southern Virginia.What's on OfferCompetitive salary between $140,000 and $160,000 USD- depending on experienceStrategic leadership position with direct visibility to executive leadership and organizational growth.Opportunity to help expand and shape the company's presence in a rapidly growing market.Family-oriented culture with strong employee appreciation, team events, and collaborative leadership.Competitive compensation package including strong base salary, bonus potential, car allowance, healthcare benefits, PTO, and 401(k).Permanent position in a thriving industry.Interested?
