Job Description

The Senior Project Manager / Estimator will report directly to company leadership and play a critical role in both preconstruction and project execution.

  • Prepare detailed estimates for drywall and framing projects up to $15M
  • Perform accurate material takeoffs using industry-standard software
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
  • Support project delivery from bid through completion
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager / Estimator, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience in commercial and/or multifamily drywall and framing
  • Strong estimating background with projects up to ~$15M
  • Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (e.g., The Estimating Edge)
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted estimating tools and advanced Excel skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable operating in a smaller company environment
  • Motivated by ownership and impact rather than corporate hierarchy
