Job Description

    • Oversee all drywall and related interior scopes on multifamily projects
    • Manage field crews, foremen, manpower loading, and daily production
    • Drive schedules, sequencing, and unit turns to meet aggressive timelines
    • Enforce safety standards, quality control, and jobsite organization
    • Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and inspections
    • Identify and resolve field issues to keep work moving efficiently

The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience as a Drywall Superintendent on multifamily projects
    • Strong understanding of drywall means, methods, and production flow
    • Experience managing large crews in fast‑track environments
    • Ability to read drawings, plan work, and maintain production schedules
    • Safety‑focused leader with strong communication skills
    • Multifamily interior experience is required
