Job Description

  • Lead EHS oversight for chemical processing, plating lines, and hazardous materials
  • Manage RCRA LQG hazardous waste programs, reporting, and waste minimization
  • Maintain environmental permits including air, wastewater, stormwater, and SPCC
  • Oversee wastewater pretreatment, metals removal, sampling, and compliance
  • Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and recommend engineering controls
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Develop and deliver EHS training and emergency response programs
  • Partner cross‑functionally on process changes, capital projects, and audits

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, chemical, industrial, or safety discipline
  • 7-10 years of EHS experience in chemical, plating, or advanced manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and RCRA LQG regulations
  • Experience with hazardous waste streams and wastewater treatment systems
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams in high‑hazard environments
