Due to continued growth and long-term succession planning within the engineering organization, they are seeking a Electrical Engineer to join their team in Rhode Island.Job DescriptionDesign electrical systems for custom industrial machinery and equipment.Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.Develop and update electrical documentation using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, and/or SolidWorks Electrical.Specify and integrate Allen-Bradley PLC hardware, control components, and related electrical devices.Collaborate with mechanical engineers, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders throughout the design process.Support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving as needed.Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, customer requirements, and internal engineering practices.Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering organization.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
