Electrical Estimator - Commercial Projects - Knoxville

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems, while coordinating closely with electrical and plumbing scopes, based on project drawings and specifications.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure pricing aligns with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids to identify the most competitive and qualified partners.
• Interpret and analyze construction documents, including plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain and continuously update pricing databases for labor, materials, and equipment to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Support preconstruction efforts by participating in bid reviews, scope discussions, and client presentations as needed.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
