Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of electrical project delivery for large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
  • Oversee multiple project teams, Project Managers, and field leadership to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and cost control initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strategic project schedules and execution plans
  • Lead contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and risk management efforts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Drive project planning, constructability reviews, and value engineering initiatives
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Manage change order negotiations and contract administration activities
  • Support commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover of critical electrical systems
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams while promoting best practices across the organization
  • Provide executive-level project reporting and strategic operational updates

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data center, mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial electrical projects
  • Experience managing projects with significant electrical scopes and multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Strong understanding of critical power infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, medium-voltage distribution, and backup power systems
  • Extensive experience with project financial management, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with construction management, scheduling, and financial software platforms
