Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for the successful delivery of a major mission critical project in the Atlanta market. This Senior Project Manager role will provide strategic leadership across commercial, operational, and project execution functions.

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, procurement, schedules, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and direction to project management and field teams
  • Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, preconstruction, and site operations teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
  • Strong background delivering mission critical, hyperscale data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects
  • Demonstrated success leading projects valued in excess of $50M+
  • Electrical contracting experience with strong operational and commercial knowledge
  • Experience partnering with major general contractors on large construction programs
  • Strong budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with construction technologies such as Autodesk, AccuBid, Viewpoint Spectrum, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ability to be based in Atlanta with potential future travel opportunities
