Job Description

  • Lead all electrical construction activities from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
  • Manage electrical subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality and productivity
  • Coordinate closely with MEP trades to ensure seamless integration of systems
  • Drive electrical schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved
  • Enforce strict safety, quality, and compliance standards on-site
  • Conduct inspections, site meetings, and progress reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and coordination issues in real time

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on data center or mission-critical projects
  • Strong expertise in high-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS, generators, and commissioning processes
  • Experience with ground-up construction and fast-paced project delivery
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and technical documents
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple trades
  • Deep understanding of safety protocols and quality standards
  • OSHA certification preferred
