With a strong reputation for safety, quality, and consistent execution, they are committed to building long-term partnerships with clients and providing their employees with the tools, support, and leadership needed to succeed.Job DescriptionSafety & ComplianceEnforce all OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety policies with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe conditionsLead and document daily toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and site safety inspectionsEnsure all field personnel maintain required certifications (OSHA 10/30, arc flash, aerial lifts, etc.)Partner with the safety team on incident investigations and implementation of corrective actionsScheduling & ProductionDevelop and maintain detailed three-week look-ahead schedules and communicate updates to project managementTrack daily labor productivity against baseline schedules and budget targets (goal: 90%+ productivity)Identify potential schedule risks early and provide recovery plans to mitigate delaysManage material staging, laydown areas, and field equipment for optimal jobsite efficiencyQuality ControlEnsure all electrical installations comply with NEC code requirements, project specifications, and AHJ standardsLead commissioning, testing, and startup activities in coordination with engineers and project teamsManage punch list completion and resolve non-conformance items efficiently, ensuring high-quality project closeoutsCommunication & ReportingProduce accurate and timely daily reports including manpower, completed work, and any delays or issuesRepresent the electrical scope in weekly OAC and coordination meetingsMaintain strong, professional relationships with general contractors, inspectors, owners, and subcontractorsProactively communicate workforce and material requirements with adequate lead timeMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
