They support multiple industries and are known for their strong operational capabilities, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage procurement of complex electronic components and commoditiesPlan and execute purchasing activities based on MRP requirementsNegotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier agreementsEnsure on-time material delivery to support production schedulesResolve supplier issues including quality, delivery, and pricing discrepanciesSupport NPI and ECO processes, including material readiness and transitionsDevelop inventory reduction and supply chain optimization strategiesPartner cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teamsTrack KPIs and generate reporting to measure supplier and material performanceIdentify and qualify alternative suppliers as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
