Engineer

• Lead structural design development for high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for steel, concrete, and composite systems.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.
• Review and respond to shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction.
• Ensure structural designs comply with applicable building codes (NYC Building Code, IBC, and related standards).
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection with design and construction teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor structural progress and resolve field issues.
• Support value engineering and optimize structural systems for cost efficiency and constructability.
• Assist in foundation design coordination and geotechnical integration.
• Provide technical support during permitting, design approvals, and construction administration.
