Job Description

The Engineering Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining engineering processes that support scalable, efficient, and cost‑effective manufacturing.This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people management, cross‑functional collaboration, technology, and capacity planning.

  • Lead estimating and engineering support.
  • Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and process optimization.
  • Partner with operations, quality, and supply base to support production and NPI.
