Job Description

  • Lead daily operations of the engineering team across multiple production processes
  • Drive improvements in yield, scrap reduction, throughput, and overall manufacturing efficiency
  • Establish and maintain process standards, controls, and performance metrics
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions tied to production issues
  • Support the introduction of new processes, equipment, and technologies into production
  • Collaborate cross functionally on capital planning, process changes, and product requirements
  • Develop process capabilities and translate them into clear production guidelines
  • Build, mentor, and develop engineering talent to strengthen team capability and performance
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on priorities, risks, and progress

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 10+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • 3+ years leading and developing engineering teams
  • Strong track record of improving processes and delivering measurable results
  • Experience with process control methods and structured problem solving
  • Ability to operate across a range of technical disciplines and adapt in a complex environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
