Job Description

Lead daily operations of the engineering team across multiple production processes
Drive improvements in yield, scrap reduction, throughput, and overall manufacturing efficiency
Establish and maintain process standards, controls, and performance metrics
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions tied to production issues
Support the introduction of new processes, equipment, and technologies into production
Collaborate cross functionally on capital planning, process changes, and product requirements
Develop process capabilities and translate them into clear production guidelines
Build, mentor, and develop engineering talent to strengthen team capability and performance
Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on priorities, risks, and progress

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

Degree in Engineering or related technical field
10+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment
3+ years leading and developing engineering teams
Strong track record of improving processes and delivering measurable results
Experience with process control methods and structured problem solving
Ability to operate across a range of technical disciplines and adapt in a complex environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
