Job Description

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for product and process support
  • Own engineering execution from concept through production, including tooling, process development, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to support production goals and delivery commitments
  • Drive best practices in documentation, configuration control, and engineering standards
  • Support customer technical engagement including requirements review and design for manufacturability
  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and technical staff as the organization continues to grow

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of machining, forming, or complex metal or structural manufacturing processes
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries preferred
  • Working knowledge of CAD systems, engineering change processes, and AS9100 or similar quality systems
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with both strategic and hands on responsibilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain authorization to work on export controlled programs if required
