Job Description

This Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the manufacturing engineering team.
  • Driving manufacturing process improvements and innovation initiatives
  • Managing engineering budgets, workload planning, and resource allocation.
  • Integrating digital manufacturing and new product introduction activities
  • Collaborating with operations and program management teams to support production goals
  • Implementing advanced 5-axis machining and lights-out manufacturing capabilities

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Manufacturing Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Experience leading engineering teams and major manufacturing projects
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance.
  • Experience with machining, assembly, or complex manufacturing environments
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with digital manufacturing or automation initiatives preferred
  • Experience with high-mix, low-volume manufacturing preferred
