Engineering Manager - Electronics - Grafton, MA

The Engineering Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a production engineering team, driving process optimization, yield improvements, and manufacturing efficiency. This role is responsible for supporting production through engineering leadership, introducing new technologies, and ensuring robust process controls. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including quality, operations, and leadership to meet performance and delivery goals.

• Lead engineering team operations, process improvements, and production support.
• Drive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and process control initiatives.
• Support new equipment, process development, and capital planning.
