Job Description

This Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team
  • Managing engineering resources, schedules, and project priorities
  • Designing and reviewing custom automation equipment and systems
  • Conducting compliance evaluations and risk assessments
  • Coordinating with project management, fabrication, and field service teams
  • Supporting customer reviews, machine startup, and commissioning activities

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial automation, custom machinery, or automated manufacturing
  • 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or project team management experience
  • Demonstrated experience remaining technically hands-on while leading teams
  • Working knowledge of mechanical design and control systems
  • Experience with compliance engineering and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with CAD software and automation technologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
