Engineering Manager - Industrial Manufacturing - Plymouth, MA

In this role you will report directly into the President and be responsible for:

• Leading the engineering team by setting priorities, assigning work, and ensuring timely project execution
• Overseeing the conceptualisation, prototyping, and validation of new manufacturing processes and equipment
• Guiding the design, build, and commissioning of custom machinery supporting advanced manufacturing capabilities
• Reviewing engineering drawings, tolerances, and documentation to ensure accuracy and manufacturability
• Managing multiple engineering projects concurrently while maintaining organisation and attention to detail
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes, equipment, and workflows
• Collaborating cross‑functionally with Operations, Production, Customer Service, and leadership teams
• Supporting manufacturing by troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring smooth production operations
• Managing vendors, sourcing activities, and procurement for engineering materials and equipment
• Presenting engineering updates, analyses, and project status to internal stakeholders
