Engineering Manager - Industrial - Springfield, MA

• Lead engineering and estimating team operations
• Support development of pricing proposals and cost models
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
• Identify cost reduction and product improvement opportunities
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams
• Implement new technologies and manufacturing methods
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Develop project specifications and customer proposals
• Present technical reports and findings to stakeholders
• Oversee engineering policies, standards, and procedures
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of team members
• Set goals and track team and departmental performance
• Support new product introduction (NPI) processes
• Assist in budgeting for labor, equipment, and overhead
• Analyze production workflows and improve efficiency
• Ensure alignment with ISO and quality standards (as applicable)
