Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing engineering team across multiple product lines
  • Set engineering priorities, budgets, and resource plans aligned to business objectives
  • Drive improvements in throughput, scrap reduction, cost of goods, quality, and safety
  • Partner with operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain on launches, transfers, and sustaining activities
  • Oversee process validations, equipment qualifications, and engineering change activities
  • Apply lean and data‑driven methodologies to improve manufacturing performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering within a regulated environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and OSHA requirements
  • Expertise in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
