Job Description

  • Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team, supporting product introduction, process development, and ongoing production activities
  • Align engineering strategy, resources, and budgets with operational and business objectives to drive efficiency and growth
  • Improve manufacturing performance through initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, throughput, and safety
  • Partner cross-functionally to support product lifecycle activities, including launches, transfers, and continuous improvements
  • Oversee process validation, equipment qualification, and implementation of compliant, scalable manufacturing solutions
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by applying data-driven methods, leading root cause analysis, and developing team capabilities

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strong background in process development, validation, and production support across the product lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of regulatory standards, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices
  • Skilled in data-driven problem solving, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around business objectives
