The company produces high-performance, long-life components that operate with minimal noise, including torsion-based elastomer systems, drive tensioning devices, and vibration isolation mounts. Its solutions are utilized across multiple industries such as agriculture, material processing, food handling, electrified mobility, resource extraction, and recycling.

Job Description

    • Lead, manage, and support production employees to ensure safe operations and consistent product quality.
    • Recruit, hire, and develop employees to build a strong and capable production team.
    • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance review processes to track progress and reinforce action plans.
    • Develop and support a maintenance‑focused operating structure that emphasizes equipment uptime and operator feedback.
    • Drive coordination between production and maintenance to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
    • Apply Lean manufacturing tools to eliminate waste and improve plant processes.
    • Implement process improvement strategies to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
    • Build high‑performing teams through effective communication, team‑building initiatives, and ongoing coaching.
    • Establish and maintain clear communication rhythms across production teams.
    • Support cross‑functional collaboration to meet operational goals.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
