Job Description

  • Drive end‑to‑end engineering project execution, from concept and design through release, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Establish and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring predictable delivery.
  • Own cross‑functional coordination across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Track priorities, risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating issues proactively to leadership.
  • Lead engineering execution rhythms including daily standups and progress reviews.
  • Build and maintain engineering systems, change control processes, and execution metrics to support scale.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Program Manager or Project Manager within a manufacturing or engineering‑driven environment.
  • Strong background coordinating cross‑functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software).
  • Experience with engineering change orders (ECOs), product release, and testing coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow‑through capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Enough technical aptitude and curiosity to thrive in a hardware and electronics environment.
