The ERP Data Analyst will support ERP operations, business data management, and future deployments across North America. In addition, the ERP Data Analyst will report directly to the IT Manager.

Job Description

  • Analyze ERP data to identify trends, data issues, and opportunities for improved reporting.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data records to support dependable business information.
  • Create and update reports that help Technology teams and business users review data.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Review data quality and document findings to improve consistency across ERP records.
  • Gather reporting needs from internal users and translate them into clear data outputs.
  • Support ERP data updates, testing, and validation activities.
  • Prepare data summaries that help stakeholders make informed business decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Data Analyst should have:

  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Experience analyzing and maintaining ERP data.
  • Experience creating reports and data summaries for business users.
  • Ability to identify data discrepancies and investigate root causes.
  • Experience reviewing data quality and validating data updates.
  • Ability to document data findings and reporting requirements clearly.
  • Comfort working with Technology teams and internal business stakeholders.
