Employees benefit from accessible leadership, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional advancement.With a substantial backlog of work and a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing contractor.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction estimates.Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications.Solicit, review, and qualify subcontractor and supplier proposals.Develop project budgets and detailed cost analyses.Identify value-engineering opportunities and cost-saving alternatives.Participate in preconstruction meetings and client presentations.Analyze project risks, scope gaps, and pricing exposures.Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions.Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.Support project teams during turnover from preconstruction to operations.Maintain accurate estimating records and historical cost databases.Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and executive leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
