They work with both public and private sector clients, delivering a mix of interior and ground-up projects that support how communities live, work, and grow.With a strong presence in the Columbus market, the company has built a reputation for quality, consistency, and long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionThe Estimator will be responsible for:Building and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partnersPreparing and submitting proposals while managing timelines through project awardSupporting a smooth handoff to project management and field teamsMonitoring project budgets and assisting with cost tracking throughout constructionEvaluating and pricing change ordersManaging bid solicitation and pricing from subcontractors and vendorsPreparing internal cost analysis and supporting preconstruction effortsCommunicating with internal teams and trade partners on upcoming opportunitiesMaintaining pipeline reports, tracking leads, and supporting forecasting effortsAssisting in the growth and development of the estimating teamSupporting preconstruction meetings with clients and external stakeholdersUtilizing construction technology to support estimating and project deliveryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
