About Our Client

  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed takeoffs
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during preconstruction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Analyze project risks and opportunities to support value engineering efforts
  • Assist in budgeting, conceptual estimating, and scope development
  • Maintain organized documentation of all estimates and bid submissions



Job Description

    • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects

    • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during preconstruction phases
    • Analyze project risks and identify value engineering opportunities
    • Assist in budgeting, conceptual estimating, and scope development
    • Maintain organized documentation for all estimates and bid submissions

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
  • Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
