Job Description

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope details to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Measure quantities and identify labor, material, and equipment needs for construction projects.
  • Request and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to support estimate development.
  • Build detailed estimate packages that clearly outline project assumptions and costs.
  • Update estimates when project requirements, drawings, or pricing change.
  • Work with construction stakeholders to clarify scope questions and resolve pricing gaps.
  • Track current material and subcontractor pricing to improve estimate accuracy.
