Estimator - Construction- Manhattan

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and time requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to determine project specifications and timelines.
• Analyze project documents and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and evaluate contractor bids to ensure alignment with project budgets and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, materials, and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on budgetary matters and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
