Estimator - Construction - Manhattan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive budgets.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to stay within budget.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on budget status and cost projections.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project-related documentation.
