Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate estimates align with project goals.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to secure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain and update historical cost data for future project reference.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with project budgets.
  • Support the team in developing project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Present cost estimates and recommendations to stakeholders effectively and professionally.
