Estimator - Construction - Manhattan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze project specifications and collaborate with project managers to define scope and requirements.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs to create comprehensive budgets.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary pricing information.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and review project budgets for approval.
• Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
• Provide support for value engineering efforts to optimize project costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all estimation activities.
