Estimator - Construction - Manhattan

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Assist in developing value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.
• Maintain updated cost databases and records for reference in future projects.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and delivery information.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project cost estimates and financial progress.
