Estimator - Construction - Miami

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and timelines, for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project goals.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in project costs and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing, and construction techniques in the property industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality standards.
• Review and adjust estimates based on changes in project scope or specifications.
• Support the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for clients.
