Known for its commitment to employee retention, strong culture, and long-term stability, the company has built a reputation for excellence across commercial, education, healthcare, government, and mixed-use markets.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates.Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for scope completeness.Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analyses.Develop budgets, value engineering recommendations, and cost comparisons.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, owners, and design teams during preconstruction.Identify project risks and opportunities that may impact pricing or execution.Assist in preparing bid packages, proposals, and presentations.Maintain current market pricing and subcontractor relationships.Support multiple projects ranging from small commercial developments to large-scale institutional facilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
