With 20+ years in business, a strong pipeline of secure federal projects, and project values exceeding $70M, they offer long-term stability, complex project exposure, and a collaborative, solution-focused environment.

Job Description

  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate budget alignment.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities within project plans.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive estimate reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
  • Provide support during project bidding and negotiation phases.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
