Estimator- Mid/Sr Level- Large Multifamily- Greater Boston

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for large multifamily construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and feasible estimates.
• Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and standards.
• Prepare and present cost reports to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
