Job Description

  • Lead and support preconstruction efforts on commercial projects ($5M-$20M+)
  • Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid packages to help win new work
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and project leadership during precon
  • Support a younger PM and work alongside an established preconstruction team
  • Contribute to workload growth driven by strong project wins (including healthcare)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator / Preconstruction Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
  • Proven success bidding and winning projects $5M+
  • Background across mixed commercial sectors (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Stable employment history (no job hopping)
  • Team-oriented mindset; collaborative rather than "lone wolf"

What's on Offer

Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
