Please apply directly to this ad for consideration within one business day.Job DescriptionThe Construction Estimator will be responsible for:Accurately assessing and estimating the costs associated with Multifamily or Academic Construction projectsEnsuring the projects are efficiently planned and executedCollaborate closely with Project Management team and other key stakeholdersAnalyze project requirements, interpret blueprints, and produce comprehensive estimates that align with client expectations and industry standardsAnalyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements and scopeConduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factorsCollaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotesPrepare detailed and accurate estimatesParticipate in pre-bid meetingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
