Estimator

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project specifications and requirements.
• Analyze project plans, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and reliable services.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, materials costs, and industry best practices.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
