Opportunity to lead preconstruction efforts for a very well respected Indianapolis & Midwest GC that is rapidly and successfully growing in the Indy market with a secured back log of $250M+. The role focuses on conceptual & hard-bid estimating across industrial and commercial sectors. You will be working directly with the Chief Estimator to grow their preconstruction division across Indy.

Job Description

  • Lead preconstruction efforts for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects
  • Manage estimating for conceptual and hard bids
  • Also working within the concrete sector
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and executives to align on project strategy
  • Support growth of the Indianapolis office through strategic project delivery
  • Maintain strong communication across internal teams and subcontractors
  • Utilize company systems and tools to manage estimating workflows
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on long-term development and quality execution
