Known for its commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation, the company offers employees a collaborative environment and opportunities for long-term career advancement.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of Building and Construction Estimator:Review plans, specifications, and project documents.Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.Develop accurate bid proposals and project budgets.Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction and project handoff.Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.Ensure estimates are completed accurately and within deadlines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
