The company is recognized for its collaborative culture, long-term client relationships, commitment to quality, and reputation for delivering high-profile projects across multiple markets.Job DescriptionReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements.Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure comprehensive and competitive pricing.Prepare conceptual, schematic, design-development, and final estimates throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze project risks, constructability concerns, and value engineering opportunities.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, and owners during the preconstruction process.Develop and maintain project budgets, bid summaries, and estimate documentation.Assist in preparing proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations.Monitor market trends, labor rates, and material pricing to maintain estimate accuracy.Support contract negotiations and project handoff activities upon award.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
